NIGERIA POLICE AND DSS , ONDO ELECTION IN TWO MONTHS TIME :

Let me start by asking this question that; is Nigeria Police & DSS aware that Ondo Governorship Election will be coming up by November 26,2016 as scheduled by Independent National Electoral Commission ? If the answer given by the security agencies is YES, glory be to God but if the answer is NO , am using this medium to officially inform the Nigeria Police and DSS that Ondo Governorship Election will come up by 26th of November, 2016. People might ask that why this information to Nigeria Police & DSS as this time when the election is still two months ahead to this time, the simple reason is that we don't want the scenario that played out by the Nigeria Police and DSS in Edo State in less than 48 hrs to the election in which same Nigeria Police and DSS have assured us that the security agencies for the election are fully ready and later called for the postponement due to security reason that is not cogent and verifiable as Electoral Act stipulated in Section 26 of the Act in which 12 out of 14 plans of the INEC have already been concluded for the election but have no option than to bow and fixed 28th of September, 2016 for the election. After the news of the postponement, the civil society , election observers and some political parties that already prepared for the election immediately condemned the action. The responsibility of the Security agencies is to be ready at all time to nip bud such violence and must as well know that being alert at all times is the hallmark of their assignment. The fact remains that, no matter the security arrangement put in place for any election, those who'll create violence will still do so. As the security agencies still have complete two months ahead to get themselves fully prepare, Ondo people will not take any postponement excuses from the police and DSS that will make November 26 not to be the election day. Let the security agencies begin their work now ahead of that fixed date. We shall be ready to support our security agencies in any capacity that requires from us because our security agencies are doing great job that we Nigerians must acknowledge at all time. November 26th is sacrosanct for Ondo Governorship Election.
